アセットの使用制限を管理する

Some features have items that are charged for based on the amount you use. For Assets, your usage is calculated based on the total number of objects in all schemas across your site except system schemas. System schemas are schemas used by other features in Jira to store information, such as Services. Find out more about Services. Objects within Data Manager do not count towards your usage.

使用上限とは

As a Premium or Enterprise customer, your plan includes 50,000 objects.

If you think you’ll need more objects, you can set a usage limit for the number of objects your site can store - this can help to prevent unexpected costs due to adding more objects than you planned for. If you haven’t subscribed to the Extra objects add-on yet, then your usage limit will be equal to the allowance included with your base plan - 50,000 for Premium and Enterprise customers.

使用上限を設定する

サイト上のアセットの使用上限を管理するには、Jira 管理者権限と追加オブジェクト アドオンの有効なサブスクリプションが必要です。

月間契約のお客様の場合は、次の操作を行います。

• Select Settings ( ) > Products.

• Jira Service Management で、[機能の使用状況] を選択します。

• [アセット] タブを選択し、[使用上限] ボックスで [変更] を選択します。

• 上限を目的の設定まで増減します。上限をサイト上の現在のオブジェクト数より少なくすることはできません。

年間のお客様の場合、使用上限を引き上げるには請求権限が必要です。

• [設定] () > [製品] を選択します。

• Jira Service Management で、[機能の使用状況] を選択します。

• [アセット] タブを選択し、[使用上限] ボックスで [変更] を選択します。

• 手順に従って階層を変更し、追加オブジェクトを購入します。完了すると、新しい階層が使用上限になります。

What happens when you approach or go over your object limit

When you start approaching your object limit, we’ll let you know through in-product warnings and courtesy emails. If you’re a site admin, you’ll be notified when you get to 80%, 90% and 100% of your object limit.

Once you use up all of your available objects for your site, you won’t be able to add additional objects. Note, this means any imports that may take you over the limit will fail.
