Edit a published journey type
You can edit published journey types at any time, whether it’s a quick change that you instantly republish, or iteratively without pushing changes live.
Edit a published journey type
From your service project, select Project settings, then Journeys.
Select the published journey type you wish to edit.
Once open, you’ll be able to view your current published journey type in read-only mode so you can always see what is the active configuration being used.
Select Edit.
Once changes are made, either select Close to come back to editing later, or select Publish.
Once your latest changes are published, every new journey triggered will use this configuration. Any new changes won’t affect exisiting journeys that may already be running.
For times when you edit a published journey type and don’t publish your changes in the same session, the current version is what will continue to be triggered and an unpublished changes label will be displayed to remind you to publish. This allows you to refine an active process and continue working with your team while your progress is auto-saved, but not yet published.
If at anytime during editing you wish to discard all changes made, you can select the Publish dropdown () and Discard changes.
